1940's Relocatable house

The Hearn family purchased a gorgeous 1940s relocatable house to place on their large rural section in the lower Kaimais.  

The house has incredible native Rimu throughout and plenty of space for their whole family.

Once the house was landed on its new foundations, Cabana was tasked with repairing the split through the middle of the house required for transportation, rearranging the timber joinery, building a huge wrap-around deck and sprucing up the kitchen and bathroom. 

Alongside our team of sub-contractors we installed a brilliant wetback fire to heat the water for a radiator heating system throughout the house. An excellent way to reduce energy use and keep this family happy and healthy!
