Summer Hills Ex-Club House Renovations

// Papamoa

The Montgomery family reached out to Cabana Build to carry out major renovations to their home perched on top of Papamoa Hills amongst Summer Hills Golf Course. 

The House – originally the club house for the golf course, has many incredible design features that are pushing the limits of modern day architecture. Once completed the house will boast huge views off the incredible second story deck that the 3 bedrooms open out onto. Not to mention the huge open spaces created through clever and intuitive design, by removing 2 support poles obstructing the incredible sights.

Additionally, the existing "Living Grass Roof" was removed and re-pitched for a more modern look with less maintenance.
